Fix Cupid’s Mistakes In Valentine’s-Themed VR Game Stupid Cupid
Hong Kong – February 13, 2019
VR game studio and digital agency Shadow Factory is releasing its third consumer game on Steam: Stupid Cupid. The game is a fun fusion of VR archery and puzzle matching where players help a cupid save his job by matching animals with his bow and arrow. Stupid Cupid debuted at the Taipei Game Show in January 2019 and will be available on Steam Early Access on March 14, 2019. The game is playable on the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.
“While this is our third original release, we’re very excited because Stupid Cupid is Shadow Factory’s first full-fledged PC game,” says Shadow Factory Senior Brand Manager Lindsay Holloway. “Everything from game development to distribution was entirely done in-house by our incredibly talented team—including all animation, rigging, 3D modelling, audio and music, writing, game UI, playtesting, and marketing.”
Stupid Cupid has already enjoyed early release at select arcades around the world. It will be available on Early Access Steam for US$5.99 The game will also be available on the Oculus Store and other platforms soon.
