  gamigo AG successfully places bond of EUR 32 million

Friday, October 12, 2018 — The gamigo group is pleased to announce that it has successfully placed senior secured bonds in the amount of EUR 32 million pursuant to a bond frame of up to EUR 50 million, following a European bookbuilding process. The bonds, maturing in October 2022, will bear a floating rate coupon of 3 months Euribor + 7.75%. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to repay existing debt, finance further growth and M&A as well as other general corporate purposes. The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and Frankfurt Stock Exchange Open Market with ISIN: SE0011614445. Pareto Securities acted as Sole Bookrunner for the bond issue.
